Born a Prince of Greece and Denmark on June 10, 1921, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh was the youngest of the five children and the only son of Prince Andrew of Greece and Princess Alice of Battenberg. The Duke of Edinburgh died on April 9, 2021, just two months short of his 100th birthday.
